On discharge, my father (advanced lung cancer) was removed from his bed to make way for another patient. He was seated in a corner on the ward, surrounded by his belongings and in pain. It's now 5 1/2 hours after he was told he is going home and still he is waiting. He has had his dignity removed and precious hours of his life wasted in pain.
Happy staff.
The care and attention was first class. Really excellent.
The way the staff especially Zoe looked after me.
Should have been kept more informed about the all night incident 29/Jan which frightened me. I thought I was going to be attacked at one point.
Great nursing staff. A credit to the NHS. I would like facilities for my CDs so they can be locked away safely, but I can have access to them.
Care was good but more communication amongst staff required in relation to patient's condition and needs.
